Sami Ibrahim Al-Rubaie president of the branch, Dr. Hijran Zain Al-Abdeen, Dr. Wafaa, Dr. Samar, Mr. Waleed Khaled, Mr. Ahmed and Eng. Raghda, after welcoming and warm reception from the gentlemen in the company Prof. Sami Al-Rubaie begin to provide a brief introduction for branch of engineering mining and metal extraction and orientation of the university of technology to be the university produced by adopting engineering department of production and minerals the dilemmas of work and development of quality for company products as are search for graduate students and research for the teachers also. And from this researches the extraction of silicon from Iraqi sand and project of re-run production lines of cathodes copper. Also Mr. Associate director-general of the company’s introduced a brief for the company and he explained that the general company for industries mining it’s one of the formation of ministry of industry and minerals which it has independence financial and administrative. And the company’s has two industrial identities first one in the field of industries chemical and second one in the field of industries mining .
