A scientific visit to the Department of Training and Energy Research

A delegation from the Production Engineering and Metallurgy Department consisting of Dr. Adnan Ibrahim Mohammed , Dr Mohamed Medhat Hassan , Dr. Abdullah Hamad Sungal , Dr. Baqer Iyad Ahmed , Lecturer. Rabab Farhan Abbas , lecturer. Mohamed Sattar Jabbar , Lect. Diana Abdel Karim Nouri and lecturer. Sami Abbas Hammoud, in addition to the students of the third stage of the Production Engineering Branch, visited the Electricity Training Center / Baghdad, one of the institutions of the Energy Training and Research Department, to inform the students about the units and laboratories of the center, how they work, the available devices and equipment, and how to use them. They were received by the director of the center and a number of center officials and employees who welcomed the visiting delegation . Then the director of the center gave a brief speech at the center that included an explanation of the nature of the center’s work, its mechanism, and the training courses. There was a tour for the students of the center’s laboratories and units, which included mechanics, electricity, power, and the English language unit. In each laboratory and unit, a brief was given about the nature of its work by those in charge of it. It is open to students and answered by the center's professors. At the end of the visit, it was agreed with the center’s administration to conduct other visits in addition to its inclusion within the departments to which the department’s students are sent for the purpose of summer training and to approach the university president with a request for the purpose of signing a memorandum of understanding between the University of Technology and the center. .
