Honorary Ceremony for Prof.Dr. Mohamed Al-Turanji in the Department of Production and Metallurgy Engineering

In the atmosphere of love and pride, the Department of Production Engineering and Metallurgy was held under the patronage of the President of the University of Technology Prof. Dr. Amin Duai Thamer honorary ceremony of Prof. Dr. Mohammad Jawad Al-Turanji, one of the pillars of the Technological University and a symbol of science and technology in Iraq on Monday, 5/2/2018 in the hall of the late Prof. Dr. Jassim Al-Hayani.
The session opened with a welcome speech from the President of the University, who praised the distinguished history of Dr. Al-Turanji and praised his outstanding role in promoting the Department of Production and Metallurgy Engineering and expressed his joy in this historic meeting with him. Mohammed Al-Turanji, in which he expressed his great gratitude and happiness in this hosting, which recalled the beautiful days he spent in the department and the University and wished the University the time of excellence and creativity and the department of scientific development and prosperity. Then the head of the department, Asst.Prof. Dr. Ali Abbar Khalif, in which he expressed his pride and appreciation to Prof.Dr. Mohamed Al-Turanjee and the need to build bridges of love and scientific and administrative communication in order to supplement the educational process and education in the department in every way. Some graduate students also contributed words of welcome, wishing Dr. Mohamed Al-Turanjee all the best, health and wellness.
The session ended with the honoring of the distinguished President of the University, prof. Dr. Mohamed Al-Turanji, in the Pioneer's Shield and a certificate of appreciation for what he has presented and is currently presenting to the scientific process through his colleagues and graduate students who follow us in his footsteps and approach to our knowledge. After the ceremony, commemorative photographs were taken for this occasion.
