A teacher obtains  a letter of thanks and appreciation for her efforts as a member of a discussion committee

                 

 

The faculty member from our department / industrial engineering branch, Assistant Professor Dr. Maha Abdel-Karim Hammoud Al-Rawi, received a letter of thanks and appreciation from the Dean of the Faculty of Science at Al-Mustansiriya University for her participation in the discussion committee of the master's student in mathematics, specializing in operations research (Aseel Abboud Jawad) for her thesis  tagged: (Combinatorial Optimization Problems with Some Solving Techniques), on Sunday 08/23/2020, with a group of professors from Al-Mustansiriya University, and the student obtained a master's degree with a grade (complete), so many congratulations, wishing her continued success and progress in the service of our university and our dear homeland​​.

Important announcement / to the first and second stage students

 

There will be an intensive course for the engineering drawing for the first phase and for the mechanical drawing for the second phase over a period of three weeks, starting on Monday 24/8/2020, at the rate of two lectures per week, after which the final examination date will be determined ... All students must join the electronic classes for the subject of engineering drawing and subject Mechanical drawing.

Faculty member gets a certificate of the e-learning trainers course

                 

 

 

The candidate of the department, Dr. Attia Abdul-Kadhim, faculty member in the Production Engineering and Metallurgy Department  / Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing Engineering Branch, obtained a certificate of completion of the e-learning trainers course, which was established by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in cooperation with the IREX organization and the US Embassy, where the course continued for the period from May - June / 2020 .

The Faculty member has completed the course with excellent grade Many congratulations and  wishing him continued success and progress in service to our beloved Iraq and our dear university.

Commence  electronic exams in the department

                 

 

 

The final electronic examinations of the Production engineering and Metallurgy department  commenced for the morning and evening initial studies and for all scientific branches of the academic year 2019-2020 on Saturday, 25/7/2020, under the direct supervision of the Head of Department Prof. Dr. Mona Khudair Abbas and scientific Assistant A.prof. Tahseen Fadhl Abbas with distinguished efforts by the exam committees in the department to follow up and manage the exams and handling  the problems that may expose during the performance of the exam.

It is noteworthy that the exams are  to conduct  through the educational  Google Classroom equipped with all the necessary means for the success of the exam process, according to the rules and  controls of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the presidency of the university directions  in order to preserve the health and safety of students as well as the attention to the necessity of continuing the educational process in the country. This comes within the framework of precautionary measures Taken by the Iraqi government to prevent the spread of the COVD19.
