Conditions for admission to graduate studies

 

 

  1. The average of the master's degree or its equivalent should not be less than 65%, except for the first quarter for medical and engineering specialties.
  2. At least the advanced rate of the doctoral study should not be less than 70%
  3. Applicants must not be older than 45 years of age or older the application shall be calculated on the basis of the year and the month on which the applicant was born until the commencement of the postgraduate studies 29/4/2018.
  4. The age of the applicant should not be more than 50 years of age, allowing those born on 29/4/1968 and above to submit a study PhD and the calculation of the age on the basis of the year and month and the day of the birth of the applicant until the start of submission for postgraduate studies in 29/4/2018.
  5. The applicant is exempted from studying the higher diploma from the age and the average.
  6. The applicant for a higher diploma and master's degree must have a functional service for two years obtained the last certificate and calculated this service until the first of October 2018 and full-time study.
  7. A) The applicant for the doctoral study must be a staff employees - except for the employees of the Ministries of Higher Education, Scientific Research and education and institutions that are subject to the law of University service and shall be granted a study leave in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 23 of the year (2008) the University service Law (4), to have a functional service for two years after receiving the latest certificate this service is calculated until the first of October 2018 and full-time study.

  1. The graduation certificate in which the average (number and writing) is determined and matching the scientific background of
  2. the applicant to obtain the doctorate degree by submitting the graduation documents for the bachelor's and master's degrees as well as the equivalence certificate issued by the department of missions for applicants who obtained the initial or higher certificates from non-Iraqi Universities.
  3. A document or book of support issued for the purposes of submission for postgraduate studies is addressed to the applicant for which the graduation rate and the rate of the first graduate student in the payment for the applicant for the higher diploma and master's degrees.
  4. The book of no objection to the employees shall be signed by the competent department of the ministry (exclusively) and according to the authority and competence of the ministry to which the employee belongs except for the employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Universities. The no objection book shall be signed by the University president or his authorized representative.
  5. Employees admitted must bring the study leave within (40) days from the date of issuance of the orders for their acceptance, otherwise their acceptance shall be canceled.
  6. Bring the certificate of computer efficiency.
  7. Bring certificate of english language proficiency.
  8. Security permits are approved for all applicants before submission and are checked after they are accepted.
  9. Fill out the application forms.
  10. Fill out the forms for the candidates of the martyrs who are covered by the law of the martyrs institution and its ratification by the concerned authorities.
  11. Complete the forms of the candidates covered by the law of compensation for those affected by the military operations, military errors and terrorist operations and their ratification by the concerned authorities established in the form and the request for validity of the issuance by the University.
  12. Complete the form of the written undertaking and sign it.
  13. A colored copy of the three documents (civil status ID, citizenship certificate, residence card or housing endor sement, color photo number (2) or a copy of the unified national card if available.
  14. Do not receive the files of candidates for admission (of employees) without the non-objection granted to them by their ministry and the book exemption from the condition of the rate.
